Just like your daily lessons, your time preparing prior to the
Junior Engineering day is vital!
Your Program Coordinator will meet you and the rest of your teaching staff at the end of school the day prior to your scheduled Junior Engineering day. In this brief meeting we will answer your questions.

Teachers being confortable with their lesson is one of our top goals as Program Coordinators. Weather permitting, we will arrive at your school the day prior to your scheduled Junior Engineering day and deliver your module. Teachers will inventory, test components and clarify any questions that you may have. |

After you inventory your module (content list found in the lesson plan online) tell your Program Coordinator if you are missing components or it items are not in working order. |

Your Program Coordinator will purchase, repair or otherwise do what they can during the evening to ensure you have a fully functional module the next morning. |
- The morning of your event brings multiple challenges. There always seems to be an Oscilliscope malfunctioning or a robot that refuses to cooperate
- Your Program Coordinator's priority is to repair any last minute items and deliver items purchased the previous night
- Please be considerate of your requests of the Program Coordinator the morning of your event day as they are responsible for up to 33 modules and teachers!

Once your day begins, please do call the office if you need your Program Coordinator's help or if you run out of supplies.
